Gelatitalia is a division of Granulati Italia S.p.A. dedicated to the production of all semi-finished products for ice-cream parlours and pastry shops, both for retail and wholesale. Granulati Italia S.p.A. was founded in 1976 with the name SOLKRISTAL and changed it in 1981. The first corporate mission was developed in the granulation of food products - instant products -, and the company became the biggest manufacturer of combined instant products in Europe. In that same period, semi-finished products for ice creams were introduced. Nowadays, in addition to Gelatitalia, the company consists of four further divisions:   LARGE-SCALE RETAIL TRADE LINE (supermarkets) with the trademark "BOSTON" :manufacture and sale of soluble tea, mousses, crème caramels, panna cotta, thick hot chocolate, filter tea, breakfast hot chocolate. BAR-CATERING LINE with the trademark "BOSTON CATERING" : production of instant products for hotels and bars. AUTOMATIC DISTRIBUTION LINE with the trademark "BOSTON VENDING" : manufacture of instant soluble products (tea, hot chocolate, milk, cappuccino) for vending machines. PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTION LINE: manufacture of instant soluble products with trademarks of other companies. Today Granulati Italia S.r.l., based in Boltiere – Bergamo, ITALY, has premises covering a surface of 6000 m². The company strengthened its presence on the foreign market (40% of turnover). We export our products to FRANCE, GERMANY, SWEDEN, HOLLAND, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SOUTH AFRICA, MOROCCO, LEBANON, SINGAPORE, JAPAN, CUBA, PERU, UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA.
